Round two.

Saturday I attended my very first virtual conference. I am a fan of Rachael Hollis and have always wanted to attend one of her courses, so when the information for the conference went online and it was within my budget, I was excited and eager to learn all about Rise Live. Before the conference I had my snacks, my water bottle and a fresh notebook ready for eight hours of all the breakthrough learning. Listening to positive, happy people are funny. Everything they said made total sense. There were no a-ha moments, no breakthrough ideas, tips or tricks. So it all makes me wonder.... Rachael mentioned at one time she suffered anxiety. She hid in her closet and cried. Then she read some books on anxiety, attended some personal development courses and voila - she is now a life coach. I know her story isn't that easy and I am not questioning her struggles, but was it really that easy? Is it ever that easy? Watching 6 life coaches tell me how to be happy, how to be courageous,
